Hydrogen Technologies: H2-ZE Zero-Emission Transtainer® Crane

PACECO Group gets irretrievably close to the goal to achieve zero emission technologies in the marine and port industry: Hydrogen Fuel Cell Power Pack Ready for Transtainer® crane.
The largest PACECO®-Mitsui PORTAINER® Cranes and most advanced low emission TRANSTAINER® Cranes

PACECO CORP (PACECO) has secured from International Transportation Service LLC (ITS) an order for 5 new 65 Long Ton capacity PACECO-MITSUI Ship to Shore Portainer® Cranes and 5 PACECO-MITSUI Rubber Tire Gantry Transtainer® Cranes for the terminal at the port of Long Beach, California. These cranes are part of a modernization and increase capacity project for the terminal to support operations up to 24,000 TEU vessels with a width of 25 containers.
e-H2 Port Machinery

Renewable hydrogen and fuel cells are bursting into the world of container cranes. RTG cranes are currently causing 60% of the CO2 emissions in container terminals while being one of the main energy consumer elements (their consumption is estimated at approximately 40-50% of the total consumption of the terminal).
